HUMAN RIGHTS CAMPAIGN - The Human Rights Campaign is America’s largest civil rights organization working to achieve lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender equality. By inspiring and engaging all Americans, HRC strives to end discrimination against LGBT citizens and realize a nation that achieves fundamental fairness and equality for all. HRC also seeks to improve the lives of LGBT Americans by advocating for equal rights and benefits in the workplace, ensuring families are treated equally under the law and increasing public support among all Americans through innovative advocacy, education and outreach programs.


LAMBDA LEGAL - Lambda Legal is a national organization committed to achieving full recognition of the civil rights of lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender people and those with HIV through impact litigation, education and public policy work. They are currently in the process of fighting for marriage equality and repealing Prop 8!


PARENTS, FAMILIES & FRIENDS OF LESBIANS & GAYS (PFLAG) - PFLAG promotes the health and well-being of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender persons, their families and friends through: support education, and advocacy.


Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) - GLSEN is the leading national education organization focused on ensuring safe schools for all students. Established in 1995, GLSEN envisions a world in which every child learns to respect and accept people, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity/expression.


Courage Campaign - The Courage Campaign is an online organizing network that empowers over 300,000 grassroots and netroots activists to push for progressive change in California. 


MARRIAGE EQUALITY USA - In the late autumn of 2000, the national organization, Marriage Equality USA was officially founded. Since then other chapters have formed across the country and are chapters are growing every day. The organization's sole purpose and focus is to end discrimination in civil marriage so that same-sex couples can enjoy the same legal and societal status as opposite-sex couples.


EQUALITY CALIFORNIA - Founded in 1998, EQCA celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2008, commemorating a decade of building a state of equality in California. In the past 10 years, Equality California has strategically moved California from a state with extremely limited legal protections for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) individuals to a state with some of the most comprehensive civil rights protections in the nation. Equality California also helped with the No on Prop 8 campaign.


OUT FOR WORK - Out for Work is the only national nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, preparing, and empowering LGBT college students and their allies for the workplace. The organization helps students learn how to come out in their resume, analyze a company based on its non-discrimination policies, come out in the workplace, and deal with many other LGBT issues in the workplace.


WiGayPedia - This is wikipedia for the LGBT community! This site is intended as a resource for the new "Stonewall 2.0" generation of LGBTQ activists, an attempt to try to link together and harness the tremendous amount of energy.
